Fitness Classes

Below you will find our guidelines to keep you safe and the class schedule. 

  • Cost:  Memberships are available or you can pay $3 per class.  Cash or card is accepted.  Check out more information on membership: Click Here
  • Boot Camp is a separate program and not included in membership.  
  • Please bring your own mat if possible.  Mats will be available and disinfected if you are unable to bring your own.
  • Any Connection Pointe equipment that is used should be left on the mats near the dumbbell racks after class to be disinfected by staff.
  • Encourage you to bring a water bottle.  There is a refill station in the gym. 
  • Restrooms and showers are available.

Class Offerings

Monday

Fit & Flex: This class is designed to focus on improving balance, flexibility and strength. Weights, bands, stability balls and body weight exercises are incorporated.

Pilates FusionThis class is a full body training that strengthens, tightens and tones the entire body using Pilates, weights and the stability ball. 

REV+FLOWREV+FLOW by REFIT® is a high intensity, low impact workout designed for everyone. Although it is movement to music, this is not a cardio dance class. Movements are slower, focusing on strength, balance, flexibility and mobility.

 

Tuesday

LadiesFit: An interactive class designed for ladies of all ages. Includes cardio and strength intervals. Kids and strollers are welcome!

Barre BlendThis class combines barre-style exercises to trim the lower body with light hand weights for upper body toning and core training with mat Pilates.

 

Wednesday

Fit & Flex: This class is designed to focus on improving balance, flexibility and strength. Weights, bands, stability balls and body weight exercises are incorporated.

Zumba: Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!

 

Thursday

REFITREFIT is a fitness experience. We’re not your typical cardio dance class…we’re so much more. Cardio. Toning. Flexibility. REFIT targets the whole person body + mind + soul.

 

Friday

Fit & Flex Plus: This class is designed to focus on improving cardiovascular endurance, balance and strength. A variety of equipment and body weight exercises are incorporated. Modifications are given whenever possible.

 

Saturday

Pilates FusionThis class is a full body training that strengthens, tightens and tones the entire body using Pilates, weights and the stability ball.
